Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details — including a unique gate code that gives you access to the park during your chosen time slot. This code is active only for your booking window to ensure total privacy and safety. If you don’t see your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there, phone us or send an email and we’ll help (details below).

Please arrive and leave on time to avoid overlap with other bookings.

All dogs must be supervised at all times and remain within the fenced area. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and leaving the park tidy. Use of the park is at your own risk. Bookings are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
